Life Rolls On is honored to announce that Simon Baker & Jeffrey Donovan will serve as Honorary Chairs for Life Rolls On's 6th Annual Night By The Ocean. This black-tie affair honors those who have made extraordinary contributions to the spinal cord injury community and celebrates the remarkable work of Life Rolls On Foundation.
In 2008, Life Rolls On paid tribute to IMG, the world's premier and most diversified sports, entertainment and media company. For the last seven years, IMG has graciously named Life Rolls On as the official charity of the US Open of Surfing, which they produce each year, and created LRO’s famous “Expression Session” to showcase individuals with disabilities surfing alongside the pros to demonstrate what is still possible after spinal cord injury. Through this event, IMG not only raises substantial funding for LRO, but also generates awareness about spinal cord injury to hundreds of thousands of people each year, reaching millions through television and Internet coverage.
Brought to life by the producers of the MTV Movie Awards, VH-1 Divas Live and more, Night By The Ocean featured Wolfgang Puck-catered cuisine, hosted bar, a spectacular auction, A-List entertainment, and stories that tug at everyone's heartstrings. This inspirational evening was a 500 persona capacity sell out annually, truly one of Southern California’s most memorable and engaging events of the year.
