Life Rolls On's annual formal dinner gala and major fund raiser of the year is taking place in two weeks (July 24th). Invitations went out a few weeks ago, if you did not get yours, or if you did not submit it yet, there are still spaces remaining. Please register online today and help support Life Rolls On.
The event will be a fantastic evening full of great food, drink, live and silent auction, topped off by a private musical performance by Minnie Driver. All attendees will be given a special gift bag full of surprises.

 2005 Golf Tournament
Almost sold out
The 7th Annual Life Rolls On Golf Tournament will be held on July 25th at the Malibu Country Club. There are a few foursomes remaining, if you are interested in playing we suggest registering online right now, or responding to this email so someone at LRO can contact you to reserve your space.
Always a great day, the golf tournament has sold out for seven years in a row. All participants receive a great gift bag with golf balls, OP t-shirt, Fidra polo shirt, and more. Lunch will be served, Frank Miller offers a long drive demonstration and there will be a short awards ceremony afterwards in the clubhouse.
This year the closest-to-the-pin (someone will win!) gets a trip to Salani Surf Resort in Samoa courtesy of Waterways Travel.*
For the really accurate golfers, there will be a hold-in-one contest with a lucky golfer winning a trip to Fiji's Nukubati Resort courtesy of Quiksilver Travel.*

Win a chance to surf at the US Open
Life Rolls On will be auctioning off two spaces to surf in the 5th Annual They Will Surf Again Expression Session at the Honda US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach on July 31st. Jesse Billauer will be surfing with top professional surfers Kelly Slater, Rob Machado, the Irons Brothers and more (*) to raise awareness for spinal cord injuries. Proxy bids an be sent by email and confirmed by phone prior to the live auction to be held at the July 24th Night By the Ocean event. Winners will join Jesse and top pros in the water on the day of the Final!
Even if you are unable to attend the event, you can support Life Rolls On through our online pledge campaign to raise money for spinal cord injury research. Make a pledge today for the expression session.

Jesse Billauer made history in June after being towed into 8-10 foot waves at Cloudbreak on the island of Tavarua in Fiji. Keep an eye out in an upcoming issue of Surfer Magazine for the photo.
