Life Rolls On Shipping Policy
Thank you for your support of the Life Rolls On Foundation! Please read the shipping policy and inventory notes below, if you have any questions please email or call us before you place your order.
We make an effort to keep accurate inventory of items, however if you order and item that is out of stock we may notify you after the order is placed, at which time you can cancel the order, choose an in-stock color or style, or choose to wait for restocking (typically a few extra weeks).
Order entry error by us (LRO) (ie. We sent you the wrong style, color or size)
1. Email LRO to store at liferollson dot org to notify us of the error, please include details about the error and a copy of your original order.
2. LRO will coordinate the return call tag with you.
3. LRO will reship the correct item(s) upon receipt of the return, at no charge.
Order entry error by you (LRO Customer) (ie. You chose the wrong size, color or style)
Note: All items must be in new, unwashed condition

2. Mail the item, along with a copy of your original order receipt and a restocking/re-shipping fee of $7.50 made payable to Life Rolls On Foundation, to:

NOTE: If donor entered incorrect shipping information when placing the order, Life Rolls On cannot be held responsible for replacing the items. Please enter your information carefully and double check!
