Tim took some really great photos of the Ambassadors, some of which can be found at the "Who Is" tab of the Life Rolls On website. Creative director of the shoot was Chris Brady of Pump Graphic, who also happened to create the LRO logo.

LRO Mailbag:

I still walk, quite a bit actually, but I have other incapacities that aren't so obvious.  I've found it easy of late to become old and crusty and cynical, in other words to lay aside all the really marvelous magic that lives in the world.  This morning, though, I happened across Life Rolls On, and that led me to take a really hard look at some really worthwhile things that I foolishly laid aside along the byways of my life.

You all are so remarkable.  I don't mean with the [disability] stuff, although you appear to do a good job with that. I mean that you all are
remarkable because you are remarkable, period.  As I write this note I'm
having to sit up straight and keep my head back from the keyboard,
because otherwise my tears would fall onto it.

I'm not crying for you, because you certainly don't need my tears.  I'm
crying for those things that I've lost, those things that you made me think about and cherish once again.  You all set out to be heroes in one area, and I believe with all my heart that you have succeeded.  But like all good heroes, you likely don't know the full reach of your heroism. You all touch people, move people, help people in ways that you can't even imagine.  I'm just one little example.

The human endeavor is finally worth it all.  Thanks for reminding me of that.

Best regards,
Lune Keltkar
